SPRING 2026 REGISTRATION

Welcome to the 2026 Outdoor Season!

Please read through ALL the directions below BEFORE registering.

  1. Membership with Athletics Alberta (Canada) is required for insurance purposes.
  2. Caution: Don’t let your child miss out on this opportunity because you feel you can’t afford it. Financial assistance is guaranteed. The club may ask you to apply for help through KIDSPORT ( more information ahead) but help is not dependent on it. Contact the administrator, Dave McLaren, at mcdave33@gmail.com or windtrackandfield@gmail.com for more information on our guarantee. We are here to help.

  4. You will be attached to the ‘Wind Track and Field Club’.
  5. Under the 2026 Athlete Membership’ choose OUTDOOR SEASON. Competitive opens you up to competition in Athletics Alberta Provincial events, Athletics Canada National events, as well as international events and you will be supplied with the club’s uniform for the racing events.
  6. We are in the SUNNY SOUTH Region.
  7. Be sure to answer the question “Do you reside outside Canada ?” with “No”
  8. There are two different registration options – please CAREFULLY choose the right one. 2026 ATHLETE Membership is for athletes only. 2026 TECHNICAL Membership is for coaches, board members, officials and volunteers (the club pays for all Technical memberships).
  9. Registration OPTIONS HIGHLIGHTED IN GREEN are as follows – athletes use U10, U12, U14, U16, U18, U20, senior/open, and masters. Board members, coaches, and volunteers use ASSOCIATES.
  10. IS THE CLUB PAYING FOR YOUR FEES??? then click on the box that says “As a preapproved member I will … (the club is covering my fees…).
  11. Please use the WAITLIST if your group is full so we can adjust or add groups as needed.
