Run, jump and throw with your friends and family, then try your skills out at local school and community competitions

FAMILY CROSS COUNTRY

Improve your 5km run or walk/run with friends & family on the track, on the hills, and at Lee Creek Nature Trail

This is our third season teaching youth about the sport of track and field, looking forward to the future while building on the past.
